The Heart of the Courageous on 06/25/10
Most of us hold ourselves back at home and at work due to current and past grievances. Somehow, being angry has a place in life, to work for us – not against us.
You can learn to stop saying…
- Why bother?
- Does it make any difference?
- I’m sick and tire of the “Catch 22.”
- No matter what I do…
- _________ makes SO angry.
- Does anybody really care?
Through experiential learning techniques, auditory, visual and kinesthetic presentations, and individual feedback you will learn:
- to make anger your ally
- the biology and psychology of anger
- the different styles of anger
- why anger is a root of relationship problems
- how to be in charge of your anger
- why anger is the guardian of self-esteem
- how to express your anger without inappropriate behavior
- and the myths about anger
