Tina is a coach, writer, and speaker that has become an expert in personal and professional development. At age 16, Tina began training, educating, and equipping people by opening her first training business. Her passion and conviction to energize peoples passion and to make an eternal impact has grown through her own life experiences – spiritual walks and battles, financial hardships and successes, family objections and admirations, health fatigues and strategies, divorce and remarriage, career highroads and mistakes. Through this, she has been fine-tuning her authentic communication, courage, personal leadership, and real character skills and disciplines.After graduating from Northwest Missouri State University, she held titles such as wellness director for major corporations. She has been a consistent top sales producer and has accomplished virtually every position in the financial/mortgage/real estate business. She has developed, facilitated, and taught programs at major corporations, seminary colleges, universities, churches, seminars and county extension systems. To name few designations, she is a certified personal trainer, biblical health coach, life/business coach, real estate agent, property owner/manager. You will find her vast array of proven experience developing and implementing strategies work in growing people – business and life.
Tina has danced and experienced multiple roles in cheer and dance all over the world from starting a cheer squad in 8th grade to the USA Spirit Squad onto the NFL. She was a NFL Pro Cheerleader for Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Kansas City Chiefs. She continues to mentor, coach and speak to NFL cheerleaders and is a curriculum developer/writer and speaker for National Cheer Ministry.
Most recently, Tina assisted in the development of the coaching certification process for Compass Global Group. She continues to serve the organization as Master Coach, Coach Trainer, and Curriculum Development. Since 2001, she has been diligently working and developing a network to build a community that is safe, healing, inclusive, and converting where people can find hope, feel love and not only seek a facade of success but experience significance, impacting lives with truth. She strives to create this in her own life, home, business and with each person she comes in contact.Â
Tina believes through and through that the power of transcendent vision is greater than the power of the scripting deep inside the human personality, and it subordinates it, submerges it, until the whole personality is reorganized in the accomplishment of that vision. When people have a real sense of legacy, a sense of mattering, a sense of contribution, it seems to tap into the deepest part of their heart and soul. It brings out the best and subordinates the rest. Petty things become unimportant when people are impassioned about a purpose higher than self. As John Maxwell once said, the enemy of great is good. This has created a deep inner passion for living on purpose, keeping her family on task, and helping people develop their own.Â
Tina delights in watching wrinkles dissipate; fear, shame & unresolved anger flee from lives, and helping people find courage to live out who they are, whose they are, and where they are headed. She is well known for her high energy from the platform and the dramatic results that her programs inspire. At home, she delights in life with her husband, Chris, son 9 Dillon, son 6 Chance, step son 9 Max, and their new cuddly Whoodle. They enjoy serving, being silly together and playing extreme sports.
