Not only did I learn valuable knowledge at the 2 day seminar, I learned what type of anger I have and how to mangage it as well. We all have anger. It has helped me with day to day tasks, planning for my future, and helped me become a better person. I highly recommend this to anyone; it is well worth your time.

Without a doubt, both the group and individual coaching sessions have made a significant improvement in the overall culture of the firm (i.e. more focus on performance) as well as the uniformity of the leadership team.  We now have other advisors that were not part of the initial sessions asking to be included in the coaching going forward. It has been an extremely beneficial investment.

I would highly encourage EVERY organization to make the Compass Global Group part of their overall growth strategy.
