The Inspired Life is not full of boring lectures, videos, or workbooks. Each seminar utilizes a state of the art technique known as “insight/action learning.” By actively participating in the Inspired Life Process, a greater understanding results. A 2-day workshop designed to assist the Inspired Life Weekend graduate in setting goals and integrating new skills in their work and home environment so as to create an intentional life directed toward a personal mission.

Most of us hold ourselves back at home and at work due to current and past grievances. Somehow, being angry has a place in life, to work for us – not against us.

You can learn to stop saying…

I’m sick and tire of the “Catch 22.”
No matter what I do…

Does anybody really care?

Through experiential learning techniques, auditory, visual and kinesthetic presentations, and individual feedback you will learn:

to make anger your ally
the biology and psychology of anger
the different styles of anger
why anger is a root of relationship problems
how to be in charge of your anger
why anger is the guardian of self-esteem
how to express your anger without inappropriate behavior
and the myths about anger

The woman’s seminar will begin Friday evening from 7:00pm – 11:00pm and continue on Saturday morning from 8:30am to 4:00pm. The mens seminar will begin Saturday evening from 7:00pm – 11:00pm and continue on Sunday morning from 8:30am to 4:00pm. The couples will participate in an additional 2-hour combined session beginning Sunday at 5:30pm.
