These were the first sentences that ran thru my head when I heard about this seminar. Fortunately, I decided to proceed and attend the Men at Anger Seminar. Not only did I learn valuable knowledge at the 2 day seminar, I learned what type of anger I have and how to mangage it as well. We all have anger. Our financial services firm began using the Performance Coaching services provided by Compass Global Group in April of 2007. Our management team meets with Gary Kuzmich on a weekly basis to cover such topics as leadership skills, group continuity, performance management and accountability. Gary also meets one-on-one with several of our advisors every week to assist them individually with areas that they can improve upon to increase their performance.

Without a doubt, both the group and individual coaching sessions have made a significant improvement in the overall culture of the firm (i.e. more focus on performance) as well as the uniformity of the leadership team.  We now have other advisors that were not part of the initial sessions asking to be included in the coaching going forward. It has been an extremely beneficial investment.
